Maple Smoker Planks - Two 8x24

Mildly smoky, somewhat sweet flavor. Good with pork, poultry, cheese, vegetables and small game birds. One plank is 8"x24". Great for a full size Salmon.
All planks are approximately 3/8" thick. Thicker planks are available upon request.
