Order Processing Policy:
On-line orders are processed 24 hours, 7 days a week.
Email, Fax, mail or Telephone orders are accepted and processed during store office hours
Monday - Friday 7am – 7pm PST.
Most orders are processed same day.
Please note: Your credit card will be billed the day you order.

Returns Policy:
Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment (including gifts), you may return any items to Barbacuewoods.com, for any reason, for a full refund minus shipping(we'll also refund the shipping cost if the return is a result of our error):

Refunds:
We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return. If your return is not due to our error, we will deduct the shipping costs from your refund.

Returning A Gift:
You'll receive a gift certificate for the value of your return, which can be used at any time toward your purchases at Barbacuewoods.com. The gift certificate will be mailed to you at the same address to which the order was shipped. (Don't worry--we won't let the gift giver know about your return.)

Packing And Sending Your Return:
Pack the items along with the packing slip (receipt) securely in a box. You can use the box the items arrived in or another box, if you prefer. Shipping: Orders Shipped by Federal Express unless otherwise mentioned in the Product Description, http://www.fedex.com/us. Shipping is based on the Total Weight of your order and your zip code. Federal Express calcutates the rate by you selecting shipping options of ground or overnite and appears on your order before you comfirm it.

Redirected Shipped Package:
Orders Shipped by Federal Express, that are in transit, can be redirected for a small fee.
